HELP!!

Need your help, guys! I need something that can make my blog .. beautiful maybe? Yoahhh but I do not understand, how to create and lay out whatever it is, because this is a new thing for me, maybe you have something to help me? I'll learn one by one how do I change my blog, which looks a bit monotonous, hehe:)
